Our Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it and we will either repair it, replace it, exchange it, issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price in like tender. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge. We do ask that you keep your receipt as proof of purchase. If you prefer a refund, we will credit your bank card or issue a refund check from our corporate office.
Warranty Repair Policy
Most of our products have lifetime warranties which are covered by the manufacturer. We will be happy to send the item back to the manufacturer for you (even if you didn't buy it from us!). All we ask is a nominal shipping fee. Also, we would like to inform you that state laws require these items to be returned clean to the manufacturer or they must clean the item and thus charge you a cleaning fee. For safety reasons, we cannot take back any climbing gear (including shoes) that has been used even once. Please contact a store near you or customer service for additional information.
