Blue Ridge Mountain Sports is currently looking for managers to lead a motivated sales team in the Blacksburg, VA and Richmond, VA markets. Put your leadership skills to work in helping your customers find their passion for the outdoors.

· Responsible for all aspects of managing a retail operation, including, but not limited to, strategic planning, merchandising, budgeting/cost controls, inventory control and personnel
· Focus on world class service and handle all customer service related issues
· Participate in the selling of product
· Provide training to employees on product knowledge, selling skills and store systems
